Job summary
Belcan is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to drive digital transformation using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. You will partner with stakeholders to automate tasks, build dashboards, and deliver practical, scalable solutions that improve collaboration and data insights.
You will implement governance, manage permissions, and support adoption across the Microsoft 365 platform while staying curious about AI-enabled tools and Copilot enhancements.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Understanding of permissions management, governance, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance SharePoint Online sites, pages, document libraries, lists, and permissions.
- Design and develop Power Apps to support business processes.
- Create Power Automate workflows to streamline tasks.
- Build engaging Power BI dashboards and reports for decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical digital solutions.
- Provide training and support to users across the organisation.
- Support governance, adoption, and best practices across the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Explore AI-enabled solutions and Copilot integrations where appropriate.
