Job summary

Belcan is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to drive digital transformation using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. You will partner with stakeholders to automate tasks, build dashboards, and deliver practical, scalable solutions that improve collaboration and data insights.

You will implement governance, manage permissions, and support adoption across the Microsoft 365 platform while staying curious about AI-enabled tools and Copilot enhancements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Understanding of permissions management, governance, and information architecture.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

We're looking for a SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving digital transformation across the organisation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop user-friendly solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, helping teams collaborate more effectively, automate repetitive tasks, and gain valuable insights from data.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and enhancing SharePoint Online sites, pages, document libraries, lists, and permissions
• Designing and developing Power Apps that support and improve business processes
• Creating Power Automate workflows to streamline tasks and increase efficiency
• Building engaging Power BI dashboards and reports that support better decision-making
• Working with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical digital solutions
• Providing guidance, training, and support to users across the organisation

• Exploring emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions, where appropriate
