Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a SharePoint/PowerApps Administrator to deliver secure, modern collaboration services across the business.

You will administer SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Viva, Power Platform, and Copilot while driving governance, security, and AI-enabled productivity initiatives. Based in the UK, the role is hybrid with three days per week at our Head Office in the Surrey area, offering opportunities to support platform improvements, migrations, and continuous service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies in an enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, Teams and the Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
• Experience managing governance, permissions, security and compliance across Microsoft 365; PowerShell administration is highly desirable.

• Manage governance, permissions, security, retention and compliance across Microsoft 365 services.
• Support Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and AI-powered productivity initiatives.
• Develop and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Use PowerShell to automate administration, reporting, and operational processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support across collaboration platforms.
• Deliver user training, create technical documentation, and champion best practice adoption.
• Support platform improvements, migrations, and continuous service enhancement activities.
