HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) CDIO is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to bridge the SharePoint Centre of Excellence with internal customers, helping users gain value from SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services. You will manage day-to-day customer engagement, gather and analyse feedback, monitor KPIs, and coordinate communications, learning activities and governance materials to inform product decisions.

Qualifications

• SharePoint knowledge
• Power BI usage for reporting and insights
• Experience in Agile/Product Delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Governance reporting and board pack preparation
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, Excel)
• Ability to translate feedback into actionable improvements
• Experience creating user guidance and learning materials
• Familiarity with information lifecycle and retention concepts
• Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design principles

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing customer engagement plans aligned to organisational strategy
• Support change management by helping customers adopt new features and ways of working
• Contribute to communication plans for platform/service changes and ensure timely information
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders, serving as a point of contact for feedback
• Analyse customer feedback and performance data to identify trends and inform improvements
• Develop customer guidance and training materials to maximise service value
• Share good practices to improve engagement efficiency
• Ensure adherence to information governance and security requirements
• Prepare governance papers, dashboards and briefings for senior stakeholders
• Utilise Power BI to produce reporting and insights for leadership
