Job summary

Network Rail is seeking a Shared Services Administrator focused on Data Changes. The role involves delivering accurate employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, transfers, terminations and data changes with a right-first-time approach.

You will operate within a shared service team, maintain records, support process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls. The role is a 6-month secondment with potential extension, based in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative / analytical skills
• Experience of delivering continuous improvement
• Oracle eBusiness Suite experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver a right-first-time administration service across the team, ensuring accurate processing of employee lifecycle activities.
• Onboard new starters, manage internal transfers, process terminations, administer flexible working requests and personal data changes.
• Maintain and update records, ensure compliance with internal processes, and support KPIs within the shared service team.
