Job summary

Abri Homes is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its growing new homes sales team in the Bracknell area. Starting at Bracknell, you’ll be onsite and oversee a development or multiple sites, guiding customers through Shared Ownership with honesty and care.

You’ll manage viewings to legal completion, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and travel to site as required. A full UK driving license and a passion for affordable housing are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in property sales, preferably Shared Ownership or new build developments.
• Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on service and honesty.
• Ability to work independently and manage own diary and travel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Own and manage sales across a development or multiple locations.
• Guide customers from first viewing through legal completion on Shared Ownership journeys.
