Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment is seeking a Property Sales Executive in Bracknell to manage the end-to-end sales process for new build properties. You will conduct viewings, guide buyers through their journey and convert enquiries into completed sales while liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers and developers.

The role requires experience in housing or new build sales and knowledge of shared ownership schemes, with a strong track record of hitting targets and excellent relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in new build property or housing sales.
• Knowledge of Shared Ownership, Help to Buy or affordable home schemes.
• Understanding of mortgages, conveyancing and the house buying process.
• Experience managing new build developments.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Experience carrying out market research and competitor analysis.
• Good IT skills and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Managing the sales process from reservation through to legal completion.
• Conducting property viewings and guiding customers through their purchase journey.
• Converting enquiries into successful sales.
• Building strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage advisers, estate agents and developers.
• Processing applications and ensuring affordability and AML compliance.
• Providing expert advice throughout the buying journey.
• Working with development teams to maintain accurate property information.
• Attending development and project meetings.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and compliance throughout the sales process.
• Carrying out monthly inspections of vacant properties.
• Supporting colleagues across the wider sales team.
