Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley (So Resi) seeks a dynamic New Homes Sales Consultant to drive sales delivery across multiple locations. You will guide buyers through shared ownership options, manage the sales journey from launch to completion, and build relationships with brokers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth purchase experience.

You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, delivering excellent customer service while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales, particularly with Affordable housing schemes.
• Strong understanding of the shared ownership process and eligibility criteria.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driving license and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for new homes from inquiry to sale completion.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing journey.
• Develop relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers and stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress and pipeline management.
• Organise and host property viewings for potential buyers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Deliver the customer journey from Sales Launch through to completion, including lead management and application processing.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Tuesday to Saturday shifts are required.

The Sales Consultant is a front-line representative of So Resi and MTVH and has responsibility for the delivery of the sales budget, working in multiple locations across a broad geographic area. You will be responsible for contributing to the sales delivery and performance across the region, with a focus on ensuring an excellent customer experience is delivered as well as health and safety requirements are upheld. You will be responsible for delivering the customer journey from Sales Launch, lead management, application processing through to completion. You will be required to efficiently engage with all key internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process. Tuesday to Saturday is required., Proven experience in new homes sales, particularly with Affordable housing schemes.
