Avalon Group is seeking a Shared Lives Development Specialist to support growth across East Riding, East Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire, including Scunthorpe.

The role involves recruiting, assessing and supporting Shared Lives carers; building relationships with commissioners and professionals; ensuring activity is person-centred and compliant with CQC and Avalon standards. Travel may be required; UK driving licence is essential.
