Job summary

Deputy Manager (Shared Lives Oldham) with MioCare Group is based at Ena Hughes Resource Centre, Failsworth. You will lead the team, deputise for the Registered Manager, and manage a personal caseload while ensuring high-quality care and successful carer–recipient matches across the borough.

Role focuses on safeguarding, staff support, recruitment, training and compliance with CQC standards within an Oldham Council-owned community setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of the team of Care Coordinators and allocate casework.
• Provide safeguarding responses in the Registered Manager’s absence.
• Manage a personal caseload and coordinate matches between carers and adults.
• Support services to meet standards and maintain CQC registration.
