Loaf is seeking a front-line showroom team member to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold the Loaf brand.

You will handle product knowledge, assist customers, process orders, and advise on delivery and fit. The role requires independence, attention to detail, and a positive, team-focused attitude, with flexibility to work across Loaf showroom locations during opening hours.

The Job

• Ensure tiptop product knowledge and understanding of our brand at all times

• Consistently provide helpful and informed service with confidence and clarity

• Process orders on our systems, providing delivery, 'will it fit' and lead time advice

• Recommending "up-sell" products

• Maintaining the Loaf brand in the Shack to the highest standard by following the Shack Retail Guidelines

• Carry out housekeeping tasks in line with Loaf's standards both on and off the shop floor

• Help to maintain a safe and healthy work environment

• Be passionate about the Loaf brand and our products
