Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd is seeking a Settlements Analyst in Manchester to validate financial data, investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting across the business. You will work with multiple departments to improve data quality and support decision making.

The role requires strong numerical and analytical skills, advanced Excel (IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables) and the ability to manage own workload in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas and PivotTables.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve data issues.
• Experience with manufacturing/finance data is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and validating invoices, costs and financial data for accuracy.
• Performing detailed reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.
• Collaborating with internal teams to identify data inaccuracies.
• Maintaining data quality and updating information.
• Conducting data cleansing and analysis across business information.
• Producing regular reports and management information for decision making.
• Assisting in developing internal systems to improve efficiency.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data performance.
