JOB TITLE: Settlement Agreement Lawyer PQE: 4+ PQE LOCATION: Essex SALARY: Dependent on experience (DOE)

THE ROLE: The expanding employment team is looking for an additional Lawyer to focus on settlement agreement advice which the firm receives a consistent stream of instructions for. The role will require the appointed individual to advise employees on proposed settlement agreements, advising on restrictive covenants, negotiating improvements to financial and non‑financial terms as well as providing l advice as and when required to make agreements legally effective.
