Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading construction company who are seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join their team in Manchester. This is a long-term contract role, starting in February 2026, with interviews scheduled for January.

The Role

You will be working on a concrete frame project, taking responsibility for :

Setting out and surveying

Quality assurance and record keeping

Preparing and reviewing method statements

Supporting site teams with technical input

Ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standardsRequirements

Proven background in RC frame projects - Essential

Valid industry tickets (CSCS, etc.)

Strong knowledge of QA processes and site documentation

Temporary Works Coordinator certification is desirable – training can be provided if not heldWhat’s on Offer
