Job summary

Enable Scotland's Roslin House in Stevenston, North Ayrshire, is seeking caring Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to join a dedicated team. You will support children and young people aged 5-18 with additional support needs, assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily activities while promoting safety and wellbeing.

We offer sessional contracts with varied shift patterns, a rewarding role that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enableby making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. We are looking for someone to join our dedicated team of childcare practitioners, who will support the Registered Service Manager to implement innovation whilst maintaining a positive environment for both those we support and our amazing staff group within the Roslin House Project.
