Enable is seeking dedicated Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to help children and young people with additional support needs at Roslin House, North Ayrshire. Based in Stevenston, you will join a team delivering person-centred care and positive activities.

No two days are the same as you assist with personal care, moving and handling, and behavioural support while expanding social networks. We value kindness, patience and transferable skills, and provide a supportive environment and training.

Formación

• No prior care experience required; values and transferrable skills are considered.
• Able to support personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
• Willingness to work in a compassionate, person-centred role.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as part of a supportive team.
• Support moving and handling and implement positive behavioural support strategies.
• Help individuals expand social networks and participate in activities.
