Job summary

Newcastle United Football Club is seeking an individual for casual weekend and evening work to support our Academy Administration team. The role involves transporting passengers to academy games and events in Club vehicles, while prioritising safety and welfare.

You will need a full UK driving licence and strong communication and timekeeping skills. The position is hourly paid and requires flexibility for weekends and evenings, with a closing date of 1 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Hold a full clean UK driving licence (ideally with mini bus D1 category, but not essential)
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
• Be reliable with good timekeeping skills

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers to and from academy games and tournaments using Club vehicles
• Ensure the health and safety, comfort and welfare of all passengers while in the vehicle
• Ensure vehicles are clean and roadworthy before and after use
• Report any vehicle defects, faults, incidents and accidents

Your day to day

We’re looking for an individual to join our Academy Administration team where you will:

• Transport passengers to and from academy games and tournaments and other assigned destinations using Club vehicles
• Responsible for the health and safety, comfort, and welfare of all passengers while in the vehicle
• Ensure vehicles are in a clean and roadworthy condition before and after us
• Report any vehicle defects, faults, incidents, and accidents

About you

You will have the below skills and experience:

• Hold a full clean UK driving licence (ideally with mini bus D1 category, but not essential)
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
• Be reliable with good timekeeping skills
