Job description

Job Title: Service Planner

Join our team as a Service Planner, responsible for facilitating internal tasks to enable engineers to provide excellent service. You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment and act as an ambassador to our customers, focusing on their complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan all activities for your customers, prioritizing and ensuring accurate completion of works, including:
  2. Dispatching engineers for maintenance, quotes, call outs, and warranty work.
  3. Validate contracts and data accuracy.
  4. Handle queries, emails, liaise with suppliers, and manage customer complaints.
  5. Coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders within Schneider, including monthly calls with Support Operational Managers and the Order Processing Team.
  6. Collaborate with Support Operational Managers to streamline processes, achieve sales, order, customer satisfaction, and resource utilization targets.
  7. Maintain detailed records of contract history and ensure accurate documentation.
  8. Support FSRs' timesheets in accordance with the dispatch console.
  9. Attend customer sites and service technician meetings to build relationships.
  10. Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, updating portals, scheduling visits, and uploading reports.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic, confident team player with multitasking ability and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
  • Experience in Account Coordination and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Flexible team player with good communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads to meet KPIs.
Desirable:
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Background in Account Coordination within a service environment.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Commercial experience.
