Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect in Manchester to design, build and deliver modern ServiceNow solutions across large-scale transformation programmes. You'll work on cutting-edge platform implementations, leveraging ServiceNow and modern engineering practices to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

The role requires hands-on development across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CSM modules, delivering end-to-end implementations and guiding architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ end-to-end ServiceNow implementations delivered.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript).
• Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or CSM modules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external systems.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

What you'll have the opportunity to do as a ServiceNow Technical Archityect

• Develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM etc.)
• Build and implement custom applications, workflows and integrations using JavaScript and APIs
• Design and develop scalable platform architectures aligned to best practices
• Create and maintain efficient delivery pipelines and deployment processes
• Work with integrations and third-party systems to deliver connected solutions
• Ensure quality through testing, code reviews and development standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Contribute to platform performance, governance, and continuous improvement

About the Candidate

• Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations (ideally 3+ end-to-end projects)
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript)
• Exposure to multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or similar
• Experience working with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems
• Understanding of modern ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments
