Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a ServiceNow Service Mapping specialist to support mapping of application services within ServiceNow ITOM. You'll work with Application Owners, Architects and Infrastructure teams to analyse dependencies and create end-to-end service maps aligned to the CSDM model.

You will design and build Service Maps, configure patterns, and validate relationships between Business Services, Applications, Service and Infrastructure CIs.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow ITOM and Service Mapping experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB and CSDM.
• Knowledge of application dependency mapping and service modelling.
• Experience creating and customising Service Mapping patterns.
• Ability to interpret architectures and translate them into ServiceNow service maps.
