About the role

As a ServiceNow Project Manager at Kumoco, you will own the successful delivery of ServiceNow programmes for some of the world's largest organisations. We are the AI experts for ServiceNow, and we deliver with our own AI product, SnowCoder (Yeti) - so you will run engagements that move faster and ship at higher quality than traditional delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run ServiceNow implementation and AI enablement projects end to end - scope, timelines, deliverables and resources.
• Define project goals and scope with clients and internal teams, and keep delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate consultants, developers and architects across workstreams, including AI-accelerated delivery with SnowCoder.
• Manage stakeholders, status reporting, risks and issues, and mitigation plans.
• Champion shift-left delivery: get requirements right early so the full scope ships at go-live.

• Proven project or delivery management experience on ServiceNow (or comparable enterprise platform) programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow AI Platform (Now Assist, AI agents) is a strong advantage.
