Job summary

Gattaca Farnborough is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, develop, and enhance portal experiences across an enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with architects, technical specialists and business stakeholders to deliver secure, user-centric portals such as Employee Centre and Service Portal.

The role involves hands-on development of custom widgets, integrations, and UI/UX-focused solutions within a DV/SC-cleared environment, with onsite delivery

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow portal development and Employee Centre.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and Service Catalog modules.
• Experience building custom widgets and self-service solutions.
• Familiarity with secure development practices in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Portal and Employee Centre solutions.
• Configure and customize widgets, pages, themes, and portal components.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
• Create responsive, accessible self-service experiences and support catalog/workflows.
