Job summary

Cypher Consulting Europe is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive a major GRC/IRM implementation. You will design, architect and implement the ServiceNow solution, guiding the team across development, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.

The role requires 5–8+ years of ServiceNow experience with GRC/IRM, strong integration and data migration skills, and excellent stakeholder communication. Hybrid/onsite delivery and strong enterprise standards knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of ServiceNow experience.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
Experience leading complex ServiceNow implementations.
Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and architecture of the ServiceNow GRC/IRM solution.
Design and oversee Entity Mapping to support the IRM implementation.
Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, integrations and custom applications.
Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Risk teams and IT project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture and technical standards.
Lead technical activities across development, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
Oversee data migration and system integrations, including documentation.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow developers.
Identify technical risks and propose solutions or alternatives.
Support Agile/hybrid delivery, including sprint planning and technical delivery.
