Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on Virtual Agent and RPA flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to automate the customer experience.
• Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.
• Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance to ensure high availability.
