Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and configure a brand-new ServiceNow platform. You will work across CSM, ITSM, FSM, and SPM modules, integrating with Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, and middleware, ideally using TM Forum standards. Experience in telecom and AI within ServiceNow is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting and workflow configuration.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys Cloud).
• Knowledge of ITSM best practices and FSM/SPM modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure code quality and platform performance via best practices, peer reviews, and governance.
• Deliver reliable ServiceNow solutions through testing and troubleshooting in Agile and structured delivery environments.
• Utilise ITSM, FSM, and SPM modules to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
