Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

As An Integral Part Of Our ServiceNow Team, You'll Have Fantastic Opportunities To Develop Both Yourself And Our Collective. As Part Of The Team, You'll Be Empowered To

  • Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a particular focus on Virtual Agent and RPA flows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to automate and streamline the customer experience
  • Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow for automating repetitive tasks and optimizing workflow efficiency.
  • Optimize ServiceNow platform performance and ensure high availability by monitoring, analysing, and resolving performance issues.
Your Skills And Experience
  • Wide-ranging experience in developing and customising ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA
  • Excellent programming skills in JavaScript
  • A problem-solving and analytical approach
