Job summary

83zero is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join its technology team delivering secure, enterprise-scale solutions across the UK. You will design, build and optimise ServiceNow applications, focusing on workflow automation, integrations and Virtual Agent capabilities.

Work closely with architects and stakeholders to gather requirements, implement best practices and ensure governance while driving digital transformation through scalable platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and customising the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, scripting, integrations and platform administration.
• Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a high-performing technology team delivering secure, enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work on business-critical programmes, developing innovative solutions that enhance user experience, automate business processes and drive digital transformation.

You’ll work closely with technical teams, architects and stakeholders to design, build and optimise ServiceNow applications, with a particular focus on workflow automation, integrations and Virtual Agent capabilities.

You’ll have strong technical expertise and experience including:

• Proven experience developing and customising the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, scripting, integrations and platform administration.
• Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
