Job summary

Methods is seeking an experienced Software Asset Management professional to drive enterprise asset registers (IAR, SAR, HAR, DAR) and governance across hybrid environments. You will deliver and optimise ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and lifecycle management capability, establishing a trusted single source of truth for assets.

You will collaborate with security, IAM, infrastructure, and governance teams to implement lifecycle controls, RBAC, evidence management, and secure disposal, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-scale CMDB and Asset Register governance.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with governance frameworks such as DSPT, NIS, GDPR, ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of enterprise Asset Registers (IAR, SAR, HAR, DAR).
• Deliver and optimise ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, asset governance and lifecycle management.
• Define asset lifecycle processes from onboarding to secure disposal.
