Job summary

The Government Property Agency is seeking an IT Asset Manager to lead the design and operation of the ITALM lifecycle, ensuring assets are tracked from procurement to decommissioning.

You will build and maintain a high-fidelity CMDB, integrate tools like ServiceNow, LogicMonitor, Cisco Meraki, and HP Enterprise, and drive governance, audits, and budget-aligned asset planning for government estates.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end IT asset lifecycles in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB design, data integrity and discovery processes.
• Ability to conduct regular IT audits and enforce licensing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and govern the IT asset lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning.
• Lead physical and digital audits to ensure licensing and security compliance.
• Act as the functional lead for integrated IT tools to enable real-time asset monitoring.
• Provide accurate asset data to support budget forecasting and ROI.
• Write and maintain ITAM policies aligned with government standards and security frameworks.
