Job summary

LA International is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (ITSM/ITOM) to design, configure, develop and support enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions. You will implement ITSM and ITOM modules, build workflows, integrations and ensure governance across environments.

The role requires strong platform administration, development skills, and experience delivering in Agile delivery environments. Applicants with security‑cleared background are welcome. On-site in Farnborough, UK.

Qualifications

• Proven ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM implementations.
• Hands-on platform administration and configuration.
• Workflow design with Flow Designer and business rules.

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow platform across dev, test, prod.
• Configure core ITSM/ITOM modules and integrations.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts and PMs through the delivery lifecycle.
• Support testing, deployments, and post go-live activities.
