About the role you’re considering

We’re seeking a ServiceNow Architect who wants to grow their career and delight customers through a hybrid of project and foundational activities. We take a modern approach of working collaboratively internally and externally to achieve high levels of satisfaction both for our clients and ourselves. The ideal candidate will have experience in solutioning, designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to improve business processes and improve user experiences. In this role you will work closely with our technology teams as well as our Automation Development team. The focus of all our staff is to enhance and transform our customer platforms and experience for the better.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

As an integral part of our ServiceNow team, you’ll have fantastic opportunities to develop both yourself and our collective. As part of the team, you’ll be empowered to:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others.
  • Develop and maintain the overall architecture of ServiceNow platforms, ensuring architectural integrity and consistency across all ServiceNow modules.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow development team. To ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and enhancements, ensuring customer platforms are leverage the best features and functionalities to drive innovation.

Your skills and experience
  • Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • ServiceNow CAD and CIS certifications are preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
