Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow Architect for hybrid work across multiple UK locations. You will establish design standards, shape ServiceNow solutions, contribute to bids, and drive thought leadership across client engagements.

The role requires deep Now Platform expertise, SaaS experience, and strong communication. You will work in a collaborative Capgemini environment, supporting customers while advancing your career in a flexible, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across modules.
• Development and maintenance of Low- and High-Level Design Documentation for ServiceNow.
• Broad experience with the Now Platform and its SaaS environments.
• Experience managing and administering ServiceNow in SaaS environments.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of architectural structures within ServiceNow SaaS & On-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce systems design and architectural standards across the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide input to the design of ServiceNow-based solutions as Architect or Design Authority.
• Contribute to bids and present proposals to potential clients.
