Job summary

Blue Wolf Digital is seeking a ServiceNow Deployment Strategist to own client outcomes, not just the platform. You will sit with senior stakeholders to define needs, shape the ServiceNow roadmap, and drive adoption until measurable value is proven.

This is a remote-first role with a London hub and occasional client-site visits. Ideal candidates have a track record delivering ServiceNow programmes, turning around adoption, building governance, managing budgets and licensing, and guiding

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering ServiceNow programmes with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to turn around adoption through training, champions, UX or process changes.
• Experience bringing skeptical stakeholders back to the table and maintaining momentum.

Responsibilities

• Sitting with clients’ senior stakeholders to work out what their business actually needs.
• Shaping the ServiceNow roadmap around that need.
• Staying with it until adoption and the numbers prove it worked.
