About the Role

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Field Service Representative to join its industry-leading sales team. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining water treatment equipment across various industrial customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring continuous value through problem-solving and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Fault finding and troubleshooting to reduce equipment downtime
• Routine maintenance and compliance with procedures
• Responding to emergency callouts with timely solutions
• Accurate documentation of work activities
• Servicing water treatment equipment including water softeners, Reverse Osmosis, Deionisers, dosing units, chlorine dioxide, and chemicals
• Managing customer relationships and communication
• Completing service reports and documentation
• Adhering to health and safety policies at all times

Location and Travel

• Based in London and the South East
• Extensive travel within the South East region
• Occasional overnight travel for training and projects
• Customers in F&B, Pharma, light manufacturing, and glass industries

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with water treatment equipment maintenance
• Deep knowledge of water softeners
• Plumbing and electrical qualifications are advantageous
