Job description

Field Service Engineer - Power

Locations

• South
• Midlands

Based at a preferred location in the Midlands or Southern UK. Travel will be required.

Salary

£45,000 - £55,000 DOE. Increased pay available if you hold certifications such as GasSafe, 18th Edition, or HV Switching.

Main Responsibilities

1. Replace worn components due to wear, failure, or scheduled maintenance, including cylinder heads, piston/liner assemblies, turbochargers, exhaust and intake systems, oil pumps, and intercoolers.
2. Lead overhauling of reciprocating power equipment.
3. Perform routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs.
4. Carry out planned maintenance and respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
