Job summary

Snows Motor Group in Eastleigh is seeking a Service Technician and MOT Tester to join Snows Vauxhall. You will carry out workshop services and repairs to brand standards, liaise with customers, and support colleagues while maintaining a safe, clean workshop.

We require City & Guilds/BTEC/NVQ, a valid MOT Tester qualification and franchise dealership experience. Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30, no weekends. Excellent benefits include a competitive salary and bonus, 30 days holiday and pension.

Qualifications

• Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ accreditation.
• Must hold MOT Tester qualification and franchise dealership experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver first-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle services and repairs to brand standards.
• Work in accordance with brand and dealership processes.
• Liaise directly with customers where appropriate.
• Provide support to less experienced colleagues.
• Attend regular training to update technical skills.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
