Job summary

Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Southampton is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our high‑performing aftersales team. You will carry out servicing, maintenance and diagnostic work on a range of vehicles, with support for warranty and repair tasks using state‑of‑the‑art tools.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI/City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience as Service Technician/Mechanic with warranty and servicing exposure.
• Strong teamwork, safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
• Handle vehicle maintenance tasks from oil changes to cambelt changes with digital write-ups.
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.
