Job summary

Marshall Volvo Derby, part of Marshall Motor Group, is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join its aftersales team. You will perform servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and warranty work on a range of vehicles, following Marshall standards and using manufacturer training to stay at the top of your craft.

We offer a competitive basic salary (£38,153) with an OTE of £45,500, 25 days leave + bank holidays, life assurance, pension, and exclusive employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent) is required.
• Experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, with exposure to warranty and servicing work.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to safety and quality.
• MOT Licence is a plus; training available if not yet qualified.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
• Handle a variety of maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, with digital write-ups and job cards.
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.
