Job summary

Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Oxford is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our high-performing aftersales team. You will service and maintain a range of vehicles, carry out diagnostic and repair work, and perform eVHCs using Marshall standards.

The role offers a clear career path with manufacturer training and benefits. We require a recognised Level 3 qualification and prior experience in service or warranty work; MOT Licence is a plus, with full training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• A recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to warranty and servicing work.
• Strong teamwork, ability to follow processes and uphold safety/quality.
• MOT Licence is a plus; full training available if not yet qualified.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
• Handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, with digital write-ups and job card completion.
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.
