Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in escalator servicing, maintenance, or repairs preferred
• Qualified to NVQ level 3 minimum in escalator maintenance
• Passionate about customer service, consistently providing high-quality support to internal and external clients
• Team-oriented, supportive of colleagues, and willing to assist when needed
• Proactive with the ability to identify and prioritize workload
• Capable of planning departmental needs and meeting deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving license (walking routes may not require this)
