Our Mechanics are the backbone of the Service operation, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. We’ve created some of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and as a Service Technician, you will help ensure an equally innovative service experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Service, repair, and improve: Using Tesla-specific software and advanced tools, perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with or without supervision, according to your skill level.
• Ensure top quality: Inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery, working to the highest quality standards to get it right the first time.
• Collaborate: Work across teams (local and regional), sharing support and best practices to improve the service experience.
• Develop: Participate in dedicated in-house training to learn Tesla-specific technology and electric vehicle repairs.

What You'll Bring

• Technical experience: Professional experience in vehicle service and repairs, from automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries.
• Technical qualification: Relevant certifications to perform vehicle repairs are preferred but not required; self-management of your technical skills development is expected.
• Good communication: Ability to speak and write English clearly and respectfully.
• Driving license: Hold a full UK driver’s license.
• Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings, and to travel for mobile repairs when needed.
