Job description

Job Title: Agricultural Equipment Technician

Reporting to the Service Manager, the main purpose of this role is to perform high-standard diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on John Deere and other agricultural equipment for both new and existing customers.

This is a customer-facing position that requires building strong customer relationships and delivering world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service and maintain John Deere and other agricultural equipment according to the manufacturers’ specifications.
  2. Repair and service machines to the agreed work plan to meet required standards.
  3. Inspect and test completed machines to ensure optimal performance, reporting any defects or issues to the customer.
  4. Handle customer and company property with care.
  5. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with a variety of machinery, ideally in construction, agricultural, industrial, or commercial vehicle-based machines. Proficiency with field diagnostic tools and equipment is essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships, documenting knowledge of customer operations and feedback.
  • Effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain a professional image at all times.
  • Valid driving license is required.
