Job summary

Hireful is seeking a Service Technician to join its growing service team in Louth, Lincolnshire. This hands-on role involves diagnosing faults and maintaining agricultural machinery both in the workshop and on customers' sites, with regular travel to farms and depots.

The role is workshop-based with travel, working Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, with seasonal overtime and a competitive salary reflecting experience.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability.
• Professional, friendly manner on customer sites.
• Willingness to work seasonal overtime including some evenings/weekends.
• Desirable knowledge of agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities

A well-established equipment specialist with a reputable network across the North and East of England is looking for a Service Technician to join its growing service team. This is a hands‑on role keeping equipment running when it matters most, working on machinery from some of the world’s best-known manufacturers.

The Service Technician role is based in Louth, Lincolnshire and is commutable from Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Horncastle, Mablethorpe, Market Rasen, and surrounding areas. Its workshop-based with regular travel to customers' sites.

Working Monday–Friday from 8:00am–5:00pm there is seasonal overtime available and a competitive salary that will reflect the experience you can bring to the role.

The Role:

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out maintenance and repairs on agricultural machinery, both in the workshop and out on farm

You will have :

• A full UK driving licence, as the role involves driving company vehicles and agricultural equipment
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability, ideally gained in a workshop or field service role

• Flexibility to work seasonal overtime, including some evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment is desirable , although full product training is provided
