Job summary

Testo Ltd is seeking a practical, motivated Service Technician to join our Aftersales Service Centre. You will assist with assessment, servicing, calibration and repair of Testo products, learning from experienced colleagues in a friendly team.

No prior experience required, as full training will be provided. You should be comfortable with hand tools, have good IT skills, a full UK driving licence, and live within commuting distance of Kingsley. Fluent English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the assessment, repair and quotation of service jobs.
• Calibrate Testo and non-Testo equipment, including flue gas analysers (training provided).
• Diagnose basic faults and assist with equipment repairs.
• Prepare completed jobs for dispatch to customers.
• Support colleagues in achieving service targets and customer service standards.
• Maintain workshop and stock areas with high accuracy.
• Assist customers over the phone and at the service counter with inquiries.
• Help with stock movements and goods inspections as required.
• Support mobile calibration activities, including occasional overnight stays.
• Complete online training modules and participate in development opportunities.
• Carry out other duties as requested by the Service Supervisor.

The Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a practical, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our Aftersales Service Centre as a Service Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a keen interest in technical products, and is eager to learn new skills. Previous experience in a service, repair, or engineering environment would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will assist with the assessment, servicing, calibration, and repair of a variety of Testo products whilst learning from experienced colleagues. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with the assessment, repair, and quotation of service jobs.
• Calibrate Testo and non-Testo equipment, including flue gas analysers (full training provided).

• Support mobile calibration activities, which may occasionally involve overnight stays.
• Complete online training modules and actively participate in ongoing development opportunities.
• Carry out other reasonable duties as requested by the Service Supervisor.
