Manitowoc, an international leader in providing premium lifting equipment with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for their UK team based in Buckingham to fill the position of Service Technician Tower. This role aims to strengthen the Product Support Team and better assist our Tower customers.

Main activities in the Role

1. Provide field-based service support for all Manitowoc tower crane products within the UK.
2. Ensure high-quality after-sales support for customers, making correct technical and commercial decisions using your judgment.
3. Deliver fast and effective service and maintenance aligned with product requirements.
4. Supervise, if required, MTW/Customer-resourced erections, dismantles, and parts.
