Job summary

Experis is seeking a Service Sustainability Programme Lead in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on improving service stability, resilience, recoverability, and control effectiveness across a technology portfolio with hybrid working arrangements, including three days on site in Sheffield.

You will drive the SSP roadmap, manage governance, and coordinate across Technology, Operations, Cyber Security, Risk, Change, and Business teams to deliver measurable enhancements in service sustainability

Qualifications

7+ years in technology delivery, service management, resilience, transformation or operational risk programmes.
Experience in regulated industries, particularly financial services.
Programme management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP) and ITIL knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver the Service Sustainability Programme roadmap and backlog.
Lead delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive remediation and improvement.
Establish governance with steering committees, RAID management, and executive reporting.
Ensure services meet resilience and control requirements, audit readiness and remediation.
Track programme benefits including availability, incident reduction, DR compliance, and debt reduction.
Influence senior stakeholders to secure priorities, funding and timely decisions.
Promote a culture of proactive risk management and operational excellence.
