Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services is seeking a Service Support Manager in Aberdeen to lead client relationships across multiple contracts. You will monitor SLAs, coordinate site audits, and drive health and safety compliance while supporting a structured delivery of cleaning services.

The role requires strong people management skills, excellent communication with clients, and proficient IT skills. A full UK driving licence is required; IOSH qualification is desirable.

HOURS:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours

LOCATION:

Aberdeen, Balmoral Hub - Balmoral Business Park

Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services are seeking an organised and proactive Support Manager to deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning specifications and compliance procedures.

Main Duties

• Build strong relationships with contract clients


• Visit sites and conduct audit inspections


• Monitor performance against SLAs and cleaning specifications


• Manage daily employee performances and ensure Health & Safety compliance


• Ensure service delivery across multiple contracts aligns with company policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting, Compliance)

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience in people management


• Confident communicator and experience customer / client service


• Strong organisational and time management skills


• IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office


• Full UK clean driving licence (company car provided)


• IOSH Health & Safety qualification desirable
