Responsibilities

• Schedule engineers for service, maintenance and installation work.
• Manage and update engineer diaries.
• Allocate jobs and respond to priority changes.
• Liaise with customers regarding appointments and visits.
• Record scheduling information on internal systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and other departments to ensure efficient completion.
• Provide general admin and coordination support.
• Produce documentation and reports as required.
