Yugo in Hatfield is seeking a friendly administrator to join our student accommodation team as Sales & Service Associate. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handling queries with empathy and professionalism while contributing to sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, responding to incidents, coordinating social events, and ensuring safety.

• 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend shifts
• 13 month Fixed Term Contract with a preferred start date of 16 November 2026

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic administrator to join our fantastic team in our state-of-the-art student accommodation the heart of Hatfield.

As the Sales & Service Associate, you'll be the first port of call for our residents and visitors and use your customer service experience to handle any queries with empathy and professionalism. Not only that, you will play a key role in our sales and marketing plans, keep our student database up to date and use your creative ideas to organise loads of fun and inclusive student events for our residents - there will be lots to keep you busy!

Here’s what you'll do:

• Provide a friendly and professional customer service to students living in the residences
• Provide an effective first response to customer queries, complaints, issues and incidents (e.g. power and water outages, fire alarm evacuations etc.), resolving, escalating and/or seeking support where necessary
• Get involved in sales and marketing activity in order to ensure the residences are full and all marketing channels have been utilised to their full potential
• Follow and implement all our operating procedures
• Ensure that the safety and welfare of all our residents is always maintained
• Organise and communication social events for residents
• Along with the day to day activities within your role, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, where it states that you have a duty to take care of yourself and those around you, by your acts or omissions and to cooperate with your employer on health and safety matters.

Here’s what you'll need:

• Great customer service and communication skills, being able to effectively engage with people at all levels
• Be super personable and have a genuine passion for engaging with people
• Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills
• Be really organised and able to spin lots of plates at once (metaphorical plates!)
• Good working knowledge of MS packages
• Resilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awareness
