Job summary

SSE plc is seeking a professional to join a team designing, developing, and delivering a Service Management framework. You will transform performance data into practical insights to support decision-making and drive improvement across the end-to-end service value chain.

You will work with stakeholders to identify information needs, analyse trends, and communicate insights to build shared understanding and inform actions.

Qualifications

• Understanding of service management principles and end-to-end service delivery across teams.
• Experience bringing together information from multiple sources to analyse performance and draw conclusions.
• Ability to visualise and articulate analysis findings to support decision-making.
• Strong written, verbal and facilitation skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Independent work ethic with ownership and prioritisation of workload.

Responsibilities

• Turn performance information from across the end-to-end service value chain into clear, practical insights.
• Identify performance information needs and align reporting requirements.
• Plan and deliver regular trend-based analysis with clear reports for different audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret findings and determine appropriate actions.
• Monitor performance trends and communicate progress and outcomes.
• Support wider service strategy and governance activities.
